Black Jack Cocktail

Perhaps created to constant nerves from the gaming desk, this mix is much more likely to hinder concentration. It's a stimulating one nevertheless.

Ingredients

1 measure / 1½ tbsp cognac
½ measure / 2 tsp kirsch
½ measure / 2 tsp Kahlua
2 measures / 3 tbsp cold dark coffee

Procedure

Shake just about all the ingredients nicely with ice, and put without pushing into a rubble glass. Don't garnish.

Bartender's Secrets

Kirsch produced in Germany is commonly drier and greater in alcoholic beverages than the variations made in the Alosace area of France. The greatest French quality is branded "pur". Avoid something labelled "Kirsch de Cuisine".
