This is a wonderful concoction which will have visitors coming back for much more. It could be offered between programs as a much more invigorating option to a directly sorbet.
1 measure / 1½ tbsp cognac
½ measure / 2 tsp Cointreau
3 measures / 4½ tbsp light, partly melted lemon sorbet
Stir well along with ice to combine the sorbet, and strain right into a chilled drink glass. Take with a piece of lemon.
