Via Veneto Cocktail

Called after the road in Ancient rome that was when a scene of bohemian allure, this drink contains the Italian language elderberry-flavoured liqueur Sambuca Romana.

Ingredients

1½ measures / 6 tsp cognac
½ measure / 2 tsp Sambuca
½ measure / 2 tsp lemon juice
¼ measure / 1 tsp sugars syrup
½ egg white

Procedure

Stir all the elements well along with ice, and strain into a perfectly chilled rocks cup. Garnish having a slice of lemon.
